County Council Elections: Vote for Charles Tucker in Bredon on May 6th

Charles Tucker has lived at Throckmorton with wife Liz since 1975. He was first elected to Wychavon in 1983 and has served continuously as a Wychavon and Town councillor for Pershore since 2003.
Charles worked for the Environment Agency, policing river pollution and waste disposal. On retirement he became a trustee of the National Flood Forum, serving as its Chairman for four years.
He says "As a scientist I've always had a strong interest in environmental issues, particularly pollution and flooding and have been fortunate to work in such interesting areas. Councils face many environmental issues - most importantly global warming - and my background has been particularly useful here.
As a Liberal Democrat councillor I've always been committed to working for the community and keeping people informed through Focus newsletters."
