Paul is the leader of the Liberal Democrat group of Malvern Hills District Councillors
and has represented Pickersleigh in Great Malvern since 2019. He has over 30
years of experience as a student pastoral care tutor and accommodation provider in
Manchester and Worcester. He also previously worked in commercial radio, regional
television and personally entertained 3 million customers as a very successful DJ
and nightclub promoter from 1985-2008. Paul campaigns fearlessly for his ward
residents and throughout Malvern. At the moment, he is helping to support better
maintenance for social housing tenants, reduce the number of empty homes, provide
much needed car park improvements at Malvern Town Football Club and a brand
new Skate Park and Cycle Pump track in Malvern.
