Philip Killoran

Philip has lived and worked within Worcestershire for 32 years. He was educated at
Pershore High School and now lives in Peopleton with his wife and son.

Philip has worked as a Technical Advisor in planning, and within the Civil Service as
an Officer. Both positions were customer focused, challenging and very rewarding.

Philip volunteers as a Parish Councillor in Peopleton, serving the community with
dedication and integrity. He has also been appointed as a Resident Panel Member
within The Housing Ombudsman, where he helps improve the lives of residents and
assist landlords in proactively fixing problems in rented housing. Philip is particularly
dedicated to this role, helping people have warm homes, free form mould.

Philip has gained valuable experience within his family, his working and voluntary
aspects of his life, and he now feels it's time for a positive change, by giving more
back to his community further. Philip has decided to run for Worcestershire County
Councillor for the Upton Snodsbury Division. Philip is equipped with the knowledge
and skillset to take on this role and to get things done.
